Refund and Returns Policy

We at Eloisa.store are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are ready to support you through the following refund and return policy:

30-day returns

Eloisa is pleased to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

All returned products must be unused, with all labels and packaging intact. If your return does not comply with these conditions, your product will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

How to return

If all the conditions of the return policy are met as stated above.

To return a product, please send us a request at [email protected] , including the reason for return and your order number.

After receiving your return request, please allow us up to 2 business days to review your request.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you an email notifying you that your return has been accepted along with instructions. Please follow the instructions included in the email.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the error was ours.

Cancel (Cancel Order)

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.

Compensation

Once we have confirmed that your return meets our requirements, we will begin processing the refund. We will issue you a refund. The credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method, usually within 5-8 business days.

Any original shipping costs, taxes and duties associated with the sale are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Once your authorization is received, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Missing or Late Refunds: First, check your bank account if you have not received your refund. Once the refund has been applied to your account, contact your credit card company as it may take some time.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately on our customer service number. We will arrange for the item to be returned and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
