Order processing

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (EST) Monday to Friday.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of order. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email that includes important details such as your order number, order summary, total cost and selected delivery address.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Although we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, occasionally due to natural disasters or holidays your order will be delivered the next day. In these cases we will contact you.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping: $6.99 on all orders.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping unit

All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.
Our store defaults to standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact customer service to pay the price difference.

Change delivery address

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If you need an update, please contact us within 24 business hours of your order.

You have not received the goods yet

Your order may be delayed due to unprecedented technological problems. In such cases, we request your cooperation so that we can process your order without further delay.

Received order but damaged

If you receive a damaged/incorrect order, you must promptly return it to us within 30 days of delivery, with accompanying photos and videos and subject to our returns policy.

Package lost

If the delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order. Please contact us so we can resolve it quickly for you..
